It is based on Windows Installer (MSI) technology. InstallShield Express is certified for use with Delphi and the Borland Database Engine. InstallShield Express is a setup toolkit that is bundled with Delphi. Installation programs created with Setup toolkits perform various tasks inherent to installing Delphi applications, including: copying the executable and supporting files to the host computer, making Windows registry entries, and installing the Borland Database Engine for BDE database applications. Setup toolkits automate the process of creating installation programs, often without needing to write any code. These applications require dedicated installation programs. However, more complex applications that comprise multiple files require more extensive installation procedures. Just copy the executable file onto the computer.

I was unable to find any reference to Corel in the Outlook Add-ins. Once done go to the Trust Centre and check for any Corel Address Book entries listed in the Add-Ins and disable these. Outlook will prompt to re-enter your account details so do so. Delete this and create a new address book called Outlook. There you will see the entry for Corel Address Book. The solution is to go into Control Panel – Mail and select Profiles. I was also unable to start Outlook in safe mode so I could not disable the Corel Address Book plug-in. However, I was unable to find it listed as a service. Some solutions on the web detailed disabling the Corel Outlook plug-in, or disabling it in the Services tab.
